Im using a Soundblaster Live 24 bit external USB. I have used the auto update feature on their site to update the drivers. It worked fine and my sound also works fine.
The problem im having is with the speaker configuration tool that came with the update. It seems im missing several tabs of options. Looking at the creative site it has options for volume control and equalizer settings, yet my version has none of this even though it looks exactly the same, its just missing the tab buttons to do these settings.
I need to increase the volume in my rear speakers and am unable to do so right now because i cannot do it from windows either. I switched from onboard and always had the option to adjust individual speakers.
