Hi folks, I'm in a pickle.
I'm on Virgin Media internet and I've got a netgear router that has 2 macs and 1 laptop connecting wireless, and 2 PCs wired.
The problem I've got is that one PC (wired) and the mac book pro (wireless) are able to get the internet, but none of the others are.
I've checked the network connections, and on both the laptop and other PC they're failing to get the DNS server. I've tired manually entering the DNS ip address which I've got from ipconfig on the one working PC, but that fails to work and repairing the connection just results in it failing to renew IP address. A similar problem with the mac, but I'm not much good with macs, so I don't know anything about repairing connections with them.
I've contemplated flushing the DNS or registering the DNS through ipconfig, but I don't want to jump head first into something I'm unsure on.
Any ideas?
