Hi people,
Thanks in advance for anyone replying.
I have recently tried to OC my computer up to 4.4GHz, the problem is that AI Suite II throws warnings about the Socket Temp and the VCore1 (I believe that this is the MOSFETS) after about 10 mins of Prime, the core temps for the CPU are fine according to CoreTemp, i have tried to switch the exhaust fan, Side intake fans and top exhaust fans to intakes/exhausts in a multiple configs and the is no real change (I believe that i have the best at the moment with the side and top as intakes and the H60 as an exhaust).
For the actual OC i am putting 0.15 Volts (1.380) more than stock and using a multiplier OC.
One thing i have notice though as i am playing around is that the sabertooth 990 FX lets you control the max turbo core multiplier and i currently have that set at 25.0 (5GHz) with the same voltages as above and it is stable (12 hours Prime no errors).
If anyone can help me with the heat issue it would be much appreciated.
