Problems with my drives

I have a 30gb Maxtor drive and in HDTech i do quick test and i get this

This is for the 200gb maxtor diamond max 10 drive.

Also when watching movies sometimes they stop and i hear hdd spinning hard. What can cure this? I think its just the 200gb drive doing this as before i got this drive movies were fine on 30gb drive.

Please help cos im sick of the slowness.

Also dont say its cos there maxtor drives. They were fine and 30gb has been good for past 4-5 years now.

No replies saying (meh maxtor_ or the such.

Also theres some fragmentation on drives but windows defrag tool says dont need to be defraged right now. Will defrag when i can find more space tho.

So erm any suggestions why and how to fix these issues? I did adaware and got id of some stuff but this was a few days ago and as you saw in first screenies it didnt help.
