Problems with ordering on OCUK

Im trying to buy something for xmas on the OCUK store and getting this message

"Sorry, but the payment process has failed. Response: (3100) Error with XML"

Happens both with IE and Firefox.
I was told by the OCUK team to clear my history, temp internet files and my cookies but this hasnt helped and I have had no more replys from them :confused:

Anyone on the forum help me because im running out of time :eek:

Its looking that way isnt it, will have to do that tomorrow morning
I would have done that just I am not been able to do it during the week as I get to work before they open and get home after they shut and have no access to a phone really at work
