Problems with VM's

At work I have a pretty pants setup, a Windows 7 box running 8 vm's on separate screens.

Every hour or so, each of the VM screens resizes to about 10% of the total size, in doing so, adjusting the size of all the windows herein

It's driving me CRAZY, can someone suggest what could be the cause?

Thanks

Do you have the latest vmware tools installed on all your vm's, vmware tools is critical.
Also, check the power saving mode and screensaver settings.. turn them all off, something in there is playing havoc after an hour.

You can install vmware tools from the vsphere client, just highlight the vm and right click - guest - install / upgrade vmware tools, you will then need to logon to the vm to see through the install.
Will need a reboot when complete!

If you dont have the vsphere client i think you can install the tools from the installation cd, not sure where it is though.
