I have a lot of uninstalled devices in device manager such as network controller, ethernet controller, USB controller. HOwever my internet is working as are the USB ports. im running vista. I insert the z87 disk to load up drivers to remedy this situation but it only supports 7 and 8. Where do I get chipset drivers from? Tried flashing my BIOS as someone said that should help but they remain uninstalled.

What version of Windows are you using if it's not 7 or 8?

He wrote in his post he is using Vista

Looking at the Asus site, there are no drivers listed for Vista 32/64. Your best bet is to get Windows 7 or 8. How come you are still using Vista anyway?

There's no Intel supported Chipset drivers for XP or Vista on the 8-series so it will likely be the same with all Haswell boards.

Can't say I'm surprised as Vista is now in Extended Support, and the business sector takeup of Vista was ... poor to say the least.

Vista was generally frowned upon that why i upgraded when windows 7 upgrade packs came out best thing you could do is get rid of it and enjoy widnows 7 or 8 performance gains

Thanks for the help everyone. Looks like its time for an investment. I still use it because I had it lying around and thought i'd try and get some more life out of it but if its time to change its time to change.
