So I finished putting parts into a new case and plugged everything in and powered the PC on, but after the bios screen it just showed some glitchy pattern.
When I turned it off and back on, the screen was black. Turned it off and on again but it wouldn't even start this time, the fan leds were just blinking every second.
I've tried switching it off at the wall and unplugging everything too, still persists.
