Hey guys & gals

Ive not been able to find a solution to this problem online as yet, so thought I'd turn to you lot :)

So basically I've setup the default Mail app in Ice Cream Sandwich to sync with my works Exchange server, and on the surface of things this works great.

However, its not showing up all of my mail folders that are within my Inbox, there doesnt seem to be any logic to the folders that arent syncing/ showing up...sure the folders that arent syncing have subfolders within them but other folders with subfolders sync fine.

Anyone got any solutions or suggestions as this is going to be a huge problem for me.

Don't have any odd permissions on them like read by 3rd party or anything do you? Probably best to remove the account / clear email data and give it another go at least. Working fine here so not sure what's causing it, not some old crappy 2003 exchange is it?

Hey Myshra

Checked the permission on the individual folders and they are the same as all the other folders. Have already tried completely removing the account and re-adding it and the same folders dont want to sync.

Running Exchange Server 2007 and Outlook 2010, if its any help it syncs perfectly fine with my iPhone.

If you change the sync period to longer does it affect it? are the folders that arn't showing by chance the ones with no recent mails in (recent being less than your sync period)?

Looks like Ive managed to solve the problem, and Im thinking that it must be down to some weird folders permissions issue or something.

But anyway, I delete the email account again from my Nexus. Opened up Outlook on my PC and I then created a new mail folder within Outlook and moved the contents of one of the folders that wasnt syncing into the new folder, deleted the existing folder and renamed the newly created folder to match the old folders name.

I then re-added the email account to the Nexus, and bobs your Uncle and Fanny's your Aunt it worked....weird huh!? Anyway, did this for the other folders that werent syncing and all is good in the world of ICS once more :)
