How do I know which Processes are safe to remove as there loads on my Mac is there anything out there that can help?

Absolutely no need to touch any of that at all.

System Preferences -> Users -> Login Items is the only place you can stop things from starting.

Just been in there and i have iTunes helper and clean agent both which got a Yellow triangle why this?
