Processor Max Temperature

Hey can anyone tell me the max running temp for the following processor??

AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ 3.2GHz

I think generally above 60C @ load is a bit hot

oh ok. i'm planning my first OC soon so i'm just double-checking everything to make sure i do it right!
so basically if i increase the FSB and then use the Torture Test on Prime 95 to max everything out and then monitor the temps using coretemp i should be ok? providing i don't allow the temp to go beyond about 60C??
