So I was taking my matx board out and wondered if an atx would fit..

Going to need some work if this was done, particularly at the rear, then some new ste holes for board mounts but that's it!

Excuse the image quality but what do you think? Looks far easier than the mods that were done with the regular prodigy.

got about 1-2mm top and bottom, the back ports currently have some extra distance from the rear of the case because of the alignment. it is really tempting to go for this, might affect cable management slightly but looks doable!

Well, here we go.....
Removed the back and measured up for holes.

Drill out and threading in the new risers/mounts.

And what do you know? Slipped straight in there!

Love these types of builds.

Exactly what I did when got my 350d although that needed the power supply moving to the front. Just waiting for some funds to continue that build.

But great progress so far.

This is interesting. Been looking to migrate to a mITX/mATX case as small or smaller than the Prodigy M and this could well work out nicely if I don't have to shell out for an mATX board or anything and can keep all my current components!
