Productive things to do on a commute

Just been thinking...I spend 1.5hrs commuting every day, so not outrageous, but even so over a 226 day working year that equates to 340 hours of listening to Alan Brazil hungover or Adrian Durham arguing with himself.

Instead I could be learning a language by listening to a nice French lady, or listen to educational podcasts, etc.

So what could you be doing on your commute instead? People working on trains need not apply; I'm talking about people that are wasting time that could otherwise be productive and what are you going to do about it?

I went through 4 weeks of learning Spanish using Duolingo. It was great, did very well. Should keep it up really..

Other than that i just listen to podcasts or music depending on mood.

I completed solitaire in 64 seconds one time on my phone, i am now 100% retired from solitaire.

Btw anyone know where i can download some audio files to learn German?

Just checked Duolingo out, seems pretty good and am making a start!

Thanks for the mention :)
