Proggy to keep pesky kids off my pc

as title people, i am after a proggy to keep the kids off my pc, any ideas?

Just switch users/logout when you're leaving your PC? That way they'll have to know your password to log in.

You could also set your screensaver to 2 minutes and have it display the log in screen on return.

they know how to bypass the login

Get a case with a lockable front door and keep the key with you at all times ?

its a pain, what they do is on the login screen they ctrl-alt-del delete my name and type in admin and it just by-passes the login, easy as that

Then perhaps you should have just renamed the admin account, and added a password?

i have tried that, as soon as it goes to login, they do what i said, and it by-passes any name, login, password, everything, windows just fires up

Go to control panel -> user accounts, and password all the accounts.

there is only my account on my pc, no matter what i do they bypass it, we all know the windows login is floored

Yeah but you just restart the pc and ctrl+alt+del again.

with a bios password, you have to put that in first before windows starts loading?

Thanks everybody, i have done the bios and the admin, there is a little proggy that will sort the login password if you forget it (or dont have it) its called offline password reset, but the bios one should keep them off it, and no i have not been looking at pron, its not my kids its my girlfriends kids, and they keep going on all sorts of sites and downloading all sorts of rubbish, clogging her machine with spyware and downloads
