Program for making cartoons?

I'm looking for something which is pretty easy or fast to make flash type cartoons.

I have tried Anime studio but im getting a bit of a problem with it, also Creatoon which is supposed to be pretty simple but the main window to work in is garbled because of vista.

There was a program i found before that let you create bones on each individual part of the body and i cant seem to find it now. Anybody know any good programs? i dont want flash as im looking for something easy to use and learn, without having to draw each frame.

I should have said 2D animation software, no way i want to try 3D yet as that would take forever.

I've known some people do some excellent work with Adobe Photoshop + eyecandy plugin

No good for me, i suck at drawing so i have to do it slow.

Like most flash cartoons, nothing amazing.

Something like Anime studio would be great, because as i said you can import each body part like head, legs,arms and then add a bone to each part then change them each frame.. it even interpolates movement the more along the timeline you go. But im getting a bit of a problem with it and cant fully get the hang of it.

well i found it hard to use after effects but that's me, other people may find it easy to use,
i found photoshop extremely easy to use
