Program to Adjust GPU fan speed?

I have a 6800gt and I have now made a silent pc, apart from the graphics card. I dont have enough to buy a new one or a vf900 etc, so is there a program I can use to make it silent. Its a leadtek 6800gt pci express. Cheers

I think theres a program called speedfan or something that lets you do it. I can do it on mine but with software provided by the manufaturer.
