Program to change fan speed via windows for 6800ultra?

Hi I've got a Gigabyte PCI-E 6800ultra, its got the nvidia reference fan on, I was wondering if there was any program out there so that I can change the fan speed via windows? I want it to be off basically so I can whats so bloody loud in my case, ive established my case fans are loud but there are other factors also and the cpu isnt it, so it leaves the GFX and PSU.
I realise I could stick my finger in but id prefer to do this.
