Program to check temperature of parts.

Hi all, built my first PC on Christmas day and it was a succes, worked first time, and plays all my best games for hours.
I just wanted to check how hot all my parts are running at?
What should i use, what program?

GPU-z
cpu-z
coretemp
speedfan
HD-tune

always use more then 1 piece of software when checking temps to ensure 1 isn't giving a false reading

i second coretemp, cpu-z. gpu-z, everest. not too sure on hdtune and i would avoid speedfan. purely because it always gives me false readings.
