Program to record tracks guitar/vocal/drums

Not looking for top commercial stuff, just something basic that will allow me to record say, guitar, then play back that track and record the vocals to a different track, and so on. Then at the end be able to export it to mp3.

Since I can't play 3 things at one and sing... Seems pretty straight forward, so I assume there's something half-decent out there?

Any info appreciated

I've never used it myself because I use Sonar Producer but what I've seen of it looks exactly what you're after and of course you've got an interface to go with it with great guitar sounds.
