Program to see where all your HDD is used?

Looking for a utility program so I can see where all my space has gone from a HDD.

I had used Treefile in the past, is there any other disk utilities that people use to see how their drives are being filled up? I havent came across anything in Windows 7 that would do the trick.

I like Spacemonger. It's so easy to see where all your space has gone when it's laid out graphically.

I use this at work on our servers and its a handy piece of software to have.

Ditto, my prediction is that you'll find that most of your space has been used by the WinSxS folder.
