Program to track bandwidth

Can anyone recommend a good program that can track how much bandwidth iam using each month?

bandwidth monitor is a good program. you might even find the 'free' version if you look around.

I've been using DU Meter for about 10 months now, very nice program and light too.

If you have a router capable of DD-WRT that will do it for you, tracking usage for all computers.

DU meter was around back in the days of dial up internet, can't offer a provenance for rest though.

Thanks, this looks like just the job. Do you know if you can synchronise DUMeter across all devices? ie iPhone and laptop
