Program with 2 seperate password to access a folder needed

Im trying to find a program that will encrypt and hide a folder, which can only be decrypted with 2 seperate passwords.

If it was only 1 password, I'd use Magic folders, but I need on that has two passwords.

Does anyone know of such a program?

Possibly, but would have to be one to password teh file only, and the other to password and encrypt it as the second one (IMO) wouldnt be able to read it, in order to encrypt it...

Would that be correct?

It doesn't have to be readable to be able to encrypt it. Why not just have a truecrypt container within another container with different passwords?

and have a file within a file

so you have to mount one drive first, then mount another drive from within the first mounted drive

Encrypt a password protected zipfile?

Bit of a pain to work on the contents though.
