Program won't load?

When I click on a certain program it brings up the loading circle for a second and then the circle just disappears and nothing happens, like it was never clicked. Can someone tell me how to fix this please?

Check Event Viewer.

Does right click -> run as administrator work? I have to do this with Photoshop, but that's because mine is not really... from official channels *cough*...

Yeah neither's mine. But that doesn't work ether. Don't want to re install because of that reason ether.

I'm 16, I don't have £500 to spend on editing software. It's probably easier to pirate it than purchase it now days. Now can someone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Pretty sure that if I purchase a serial, it will not fix my problem as the program will not load anyway.

Pretty sure you're going to struggle to find support for a piece of dodgy software, especially on here

Fair enough. Although I have the same problem with 'ccleaner' which of course is free.
