Just a training record for me.. so i can see how i have progressed etc... tried before on another forum but got bored of the forum!

Targets

260 squat by end of year... ( 6 plates :) )
240 dead by end of year (injured, STILL!!!)
160 bench by end of year

Yea as injured mate... Lower back/right glute, i can pull 250 on 18" deads its the lower dead that pulls my injury so thought id not be crazy and chill a bit on the deads... once injury has cleared up im confident i can smash my deads.

might just sack them off for a while and do assistance work..
 
Nice targets - mine were going to be 650 for the end of the year, but I'm not going to do it, I'm a bit behind on my training.

I'm not going to go past 160kg bench - my shoulders just won't play ball - not really bothered about that tbh.

Squats I want to bring up to 220 and deads up to 250-260. But I'm going to be taking it small steps at a time.


Will be keeping tabs on how you're getting on. :)
 
haha cheers buddy, just spoke to one of the guys i used to do strongman with he recons i should man up and get under 260 and just do it.

I may go for a PB attempt next Sunday but not 260! maybe try 240 still a nice 10K increase if i get it... My 200x6 is a PB by 3 reps so seems its coming along nice :)
