Is there anything I should add to bolgers programme to make sure my deltoids get a hammering too.

The dumbell row doesn't seem to be doing anything :(

Dumbbell rows work the lats (your back). The military press is a great compound exercise for your shoulders.

Don't worry, I find I really have to hit my lats HARD to feel it the day after. The problem is my biceps and shoulders get tired well before the wings.

Try alternating between wide and close grip pull-ups and wide and close grip pull downs.

I'm sure you're aware but wider grip you tend to stimulate the lats higher than with closer grip, which hits more towards the base of your lats.

I would suggest that incorporating all aspects of pull-ups and pull downs and differing grips alternated between sessions will stimulate all aspects of your lats.

So week 1, hit some close grip pull ups and wide grip pull downs and alternate the next week etc. I'm sure you'll see some nice wide lats develop.

Yeah I've been doing that, hitting them with wide and narrow, pronated supinated etc. I mean to be fair I have seen pretty brilliant growth in them, I just rarely "feel it" if you know what I mean.

I understand what you mean. Well if you've been getting excellent growth then well done and keep doing what you're doing :)

Dips, decline and incline bench.

Any more and you'll be overtraining without a doubt.
