Added 16GB matching RAM bringing it to 32GB total and now I can run 100+ tabs with 3+ YouTube videos playing simultaneously without any slow downs.

Funnily enough this PC is just for browsing, Netflixing, YouTubing, investing/trading, etc. Son uses it for tuition over Zoom. Having said that, if I game I play Total Annihilation.
