I hope you will like the project and the work I'm doing! Ok,lets start modding
First the tools. Variety of hand and power tools
The phanteks case which I purchased few months ago.
Totally stripped
I decide to replace most of the rivets with m4 screws
Drive bay cage
This time I'm dealing with perspex acrylic.
This button head screws are just temporary, before I tap the holes for countersink screws.
Here is the reservoir bracket almost done.I have something in mind to cut in the acrylic I'm not planing any laser cutting, everything will be done by hand.
Cutting the acrylic plate
Usual tools for my mod
And what I'm going to cut
Yes,EK logo
One peace down
One blade also down
Job done
But then, when I was filing and polishing disaster happened
Back from point A
This time I was more careful
This attempt was more successful
Still need to tap the holes for the screws.
This time I'm cutting aluminium. I will replace the phanteks plate with my own. Here we go
Some filing
Final cuts
And on the case. Still need to be painted but painting will come later
It is time for painting
Firs task is to clean the rads
Spray paint and primers
Main colour, of-course Blue
But fluorescent blue.Glows really nice under UV light.
Few coats of white primer
It was a very long post I hope you guys will like it. Stay tuned for more.
