FFS can't believe I missed that...... Would have saved me hours of pain :(:( the compression fitting did actually tighten into the hole... Oh well...

Yeah it tightened against the plastic. That's exactly what you don't want, you need to compress the o-ring between two faces otherwise no seal. That hole is causing me a lot of problems in my little build but I think i'm going to machine it out to take bigger fittings. EK's adapter is annyoing.

Guttered I made that mistake ! Blaming two different EK pump/res combos. Oh well cheers for the heads up, I will know for next time !!
