Agree, build looks very nice.

You can get 16 slot cable combs direct from E22 (won't link to product as i am not sure if it is classed as a competitor, even though they supply OCUK). This would keep the GPU cable aligned.

Can you not just have outer ring of the pump casing lit and not the lettering?

I'll probably print some off my 3d printer when I get around to it and I think there's an option in CAM software to just have the ring on, I haven't really played with it much because it breaks HWInfo64 so I just set the fans & pump up and then switched it off so I could get back to running HWinfo
