*hey am I inspiring people!
woohoo!
Mine is anodised but this looks pretty damn close! Good skills!
Yours is anodised? I thought it was powder coated?
You inspired me to get my PC343B innards done too.

Very nice, there seems to be a lot of people spraying the insides of their cases black. If done right it looks just as good as powder coated / anodized and is a lot cheaper.
One tip though. Being a spray painter by trade i strongly suggest against using newspaper to mask. The solvent can re-wet the ink on the paper causing it to bleed onto the area you are trying to cover.
I'll bare it in mind though as I might be helping paint the inside of another case soon. Thanks for that. As I said above, I'd got no idea reallyI'll bare it in mind though as I might be helping paint the inside of another case soon.
Thanks to everyone who said how good it looked! Esp Matt since you inspired the whole thing! I was looking at sending mine off to Tom as well but being a poor student I thought I'd have a bash myself first.
Mekrel: Yeah it does flake quite easily. I've managed to avoid flakes for the most part but I did have to move my dvd drive the other day and you could see where the screws had been. It wasn't too bad and you can't really tell now it's back in though.
