AORUS Master is a middle end motherboard. I go with EKWB R6E Monoblock. And have 9900X @ 5.2Ghz 1.32V HT ON with 24/7 stablility

middle board? 600amps vs 480. only Meg and Omega beats it. speaking of which...

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £630.49 (includes shipping: £10.50)

dont need a water block with the above and set to handle 22 core chip :D

though I do love an EKWB full waterblock!

such a shame MM went bust :(

Omega DONT support this EKWB waterblock! And i have a 5.2ghz 9900x cpu. Is there is any problem with R6E after all?)

Omega was designed to handle air and 18 plus cores and didn't need to be watercooled

nah, not i'f youv'e got the VRM watercooled- should sholve boards low VRM count and heatsink design a treat! still watch the temps. Water will cool it down quickly but with only 8 phases, they will heat up quicker and hotter then boards with 12 and 16 phases.

def recommend ditching EK thermal pads for some thermal Grizzly ones! will help transfer the heat quicker to the block

I understand it, BUT I dont understand what the problem is, if 9900X can OC to 5.2Ghz 1.32V with HT with good temps?)))
Show me better OC of 9900X with HT on and 24/7. I want to look at this)))
Watercooling always deside all problems. And the VRM too.
I will not get an aircooling ever. 12 phases of VRM doesn't make AORUS MASTER the TOP-end MB, as a ROG R6E, ROG R6E Omega are!

My favorite MB are: X299 RE6 + EKWB Monoblock and Z390 AORUS Extreme Waterforce
I have both of them. Z390 with i9 9900K @ 5.2Ghz 1.31V HT on

Without watercooling the R6E isn't a best choise. But with it - its great.

The [HYDRA]: giant triple super-tower case with tempered glass and a lot of mods!

[PART 1]

Disclamer: CASE MOD IN PROGRESS. I DONT HAVE IT NOW AND CANT MAKE PHOTOS. IT WOULD BE FINISHED IN 1 WEEK!

This case was created from world biggest case, the ever was in sale Mountain Mods Extended Ascension

+ additional Mountain Mods Pedestal 24 with 3x140mm on both sides (fom my 2x TFC MONSTA radiators)

These case elements (case + pedestal) will combine into a real monster! 1010mm/650mm/580mm O_o

I have all of this from 2011. Now its cheaper, than then.

This is configuration of the basic formation of my case from

Also I have additional panels for different configurations of my entire case. That cost me over $500 more...
In 2011 it cost me over $2000 :)

BUT THIS IS ONLY BASE FOR [HYDRA] CASE.

There was MANY mods for it:

*Side panels of the case was replaced to new with tempered glass

*Top panel was modded (photos would be later)

*Extrernal custom 2x 3D-grills for front of the case + external custom 2x 3D-grills for sides of the pedestal + 2x (3x5.25" 3D-grills)

*All red elements was painted to matte black

*Entirely different internal case panel was made

*I made 2 holes above the [CPU+MB] waterclock to connect fittings from EKWB to fittings in these holes!

*I made 4 holes to set my 400mm reservoir to main internal panel

To be continuous :)

Table RGB-test + Front radiators testing + Assemble the Pedestal with my huge 2x TFC MONSTA Extreme Edition radiators

Here you some rgb behind the table and monitors:)

Separate cell phone for RGB-light Wi-Fi control:

I decided to change the tubes configuration on the front 3x360mm radiators:

Let's do some leak tests:

And fan connection power tests:

Let's assemble the Pedestal

Ok, let's start from huge 2x TFC MONSTA Extreme

Let's free the Pedestal and assemble it from the beginning

Pedestal video, entire HYDRA-case without hardware yet. Hardware will be inside very soon!

Video of MAX fan's rpm and comfort rpm sounds
Disclamer: I am not a video blogger, not a streamer! I don't have good mic, and iPhone can't record noise properly! In real life the fans noise is MUCH more quite!!! And in comfort mode (600-1200rpm) the noise is in comfort.
SORRY FOR RUSSIAN in video. Its for my friends. See the RPM on fan controller!
https://youtu.be/15BKwsY1XK4

THIS IS IT! The HYDRA case with Pedestal. But without from panel. I want to redo some things on it)

And this is case on my huge custom table with my triple monitor (27+43+27 inches) setup (without final cable management of course) - just for understanding of the size (1010mm!!!)

Just nice photo

The building is continuous!

I changed the 3x360 radiators tubes connection configuration!
ONE 3pin connector controls ALL 18x 120mm fans via Lamptron FC5v2 (it has a 30W per channel)

I created a Hydra sticker for m y PSU (it was inverted tech specs there... not pretty, ist it?), and now it looks great

Lets set this front panel to its place! Everithing is fit well

But not Koolance RP452x2... It's too long for this case 5.25 back panel...

And I have too cut this back panel to fit RP452x2 in dual 5.25 section

See you next time)
