And I've just fixed some of the images as I'm a bit slow and the file extension was in capitals on some of them when I uploaded them to my web server

Slightly relevant and quite interesting video. Seems pretty amazing that the ethanol completely eliminated the knock limitation, very low boost though, I wonder what the result would be at 250kPa.
How does the meth mix compare to E85?
There's a lot of body roll.. coilovers time?
Arbs will make an appreciable difference.
Look out on eBay for under braces as well thwynhelp to tighten things up. Intact upper front and rear too.
Its a 1.8 so it comes with additional underbody bracing and has a front upper brace on it already. I'm not sure the benefit per £ is worth the money on Frame rail reinforcements or butterfly braces though
I fitted P5 frame rails to my mk2 RS and tbh didn't notice a huge deal of difference. They work better on mk1s. I've got a mk2.5 sport gearbox butterfly type brace in my garage you can have if you cover postage costs, I've sold mine so don't need it anymore.
Bilstein B14s are great if you fancy splashing out on some good coilovers, more expensive then GAZ or Meisters but, IME, worth the extra cost.
Id focus efforts on the chassis rails first before it snaps in half![]()
Thanks for letting me know on the frame rails, saves me wasting money. Let me know how much postage is on the Postage costs for the butterfly brace, I'll chuck in a couple of beer tokens too.
B14s are quite a bit more than I want to spend., but I don't particularly want Meisters either
No problem. Will check postage over the weekend when I'm back home. Also it's actually this brace, not the gearbox one:

Will double check if I've still got the gearbox one too.
B14s get overlooked due to the higher price and lack of damping adjustment, but they just work all the time, be it on road or track
Much appreciated.
I'm not fussed about damping or height adjustment, I want something that's going to work well on track but still be compliant down the typical british B road (I have plenty of them on my doorstep)
