Yeah, ah well. Seems like he hasn't ordered from us at all recently, just trying to cause drama. Ah well, nice for people to say the opposite who are actual customers.
Turned out great mate! the changes made a massive difference. I've scrapped most of my original plans, only the motherboard remains.
Just got myself a Titan to replace my 480SLI so i'm sadly having to work around the clock to pay for this hobby. Hope you don't mind but i might copy your sleeving colour if i can recreate this vision in my head my new rig will look awesome
I was until corsair design failed on their cube case... which is why I have two smaller x79 boards now doing nothing (were planned to be used in a 540).
Really nice rig, I have never tried watercooling so I dont know nothing about it but seeing the result sure makes me want to try it. How low is the risk of leaks these days if you dont mind me asking on your thread ?
Risks these days are quite minimal, take your time and use lots of kitchen roll and keep a close eye out while filling/bleeding as the majority of leaks will show during this phase. It also doesn't hurt to leak test each component before fitting too.
If the worst does happen, be sure to be using good premix coolant I.e. mayhems as it's non conductive.
I'd urge anyone to try water cooling, adds another dimension to a build
