Project Maximus Monsta

That's very cool. I'm thinking of going for full water on my next build. My idle temps are the same as yours but my load temps are about 20°C higher in IBT . I love your rad though so I think it's worth the money.

i dont think white tubing with white fittings and a white rad will work out well, why not clear tubing with red coolant to suit the red on the RAM and the cabling. Red White and Black will look very nice :)

Great build by the way, love the clean look, is it somewhere local where you got the powder coating and the mods or did you find someone online ?

Thanks for feedback, Got the powdercoating done locally. Will end up geting my 780ti powdercoated at some point.

Dont want to go clear tubing as the colour always changes after use, my pastal red now looks like red wine!!

+1 use red tubing, it will have a good contrast with the colors you already have

i still connot go without saying how amazing and simple youve managed to make the 810, stock just looks really messy. Did it cost you a lot, the aluminium and powder coating ?

Thanks, I literally got the case shipped to a modding company and got them to do it all, including shipping the case back it was about 100 quid extra. Not bad for a new mobo tray psu cover and window.

Not a fan of red tubing. Ordered some black and white and will see what i like the look of. I do need to eventually get a full size atx board in there but will wait until i need to update the mobo and processor in a couple of years.

i wouldnt upgrade unless youre going for Haswell-E. The mobo looks tiny in that case though :)

Wont be upgrading for a long while, as system is quick enought and I can cope with having a smaller mobo. JUst need to come up with something to fill the bottom bit.

Was thinking about putting some mirrored plastic allong it as the water block i am gettings is a plexi one so would be nice to beable to see it.

like you said you can use a mirror but if you mount it at an angle you can have a better view of it. Even better, if you sand the block so its fully clear, it will look really good :)
