Installed the 2 graphics cards last night before I went to bed, they look awesome!
Lost my alan key so couldn't start attaching the multi link, will look in a moment:

Loop Idea, not sure how to do it without angled fittings! Help?
I'm getting abit if help with my watercooling as I'm new to it but I have seen people rotate the CPU block, looking at your diagram if you rotate it 90 degrees anti clockwise it may line up better if you ain't using the angled fittings
Not heard of rotating the block, but I am all tubed up now and ready to go, also very scared... I can just see a leak happening!

GL on the test run. I sure all will be fine 
Things went OK! Loop is running nice and smooth and I think 99 percent of the bubbles are gone, have left it running while I make a tea, heres how it looks!
The case panels will be sprayed with some gears of war themed items, thinking a air brushed marcus fenix with an omen behind him, inside will see some modifications such as the backplates eventually. All to come though!

Installing windows, we're golden! Temps are good so far, hoping the cards are both working!

Have to say that I am inspired by this to do something along the same lines
It's been excited finally using some decent hardware, upgrading from my old stuff above, it's nice to have something more serious and powerful. Must admit, It's a massive jump for me in technology, as I have always had my head around AMD CPU's and GPU's, on the lower side of things, but now I'm head first with a SLI Setup, with a X79 chipset, overclocked i7 & RAM and all of it under water including the motherboard, it's a huge difference!
But I am still very excited to get the case modified and themed, as the case has a lot of potential to make a lovely gears of war theme, will probably take some decent shots and PhotoShop to see how it will look.
Will update as that progresses!
Update Wise:
To everyone else, I will get some decent shots in the thread tonight as the pictures I have are terrible and rushed! - Will do some benchmarking tonight, have been playing games and it's destroyed everything so far, Crysis 3 is beautiful, Battlefield 4 is smooth, Tomb Raider is also fantastic to look at!
Will get software installed tonight and get some benchmarks run and posted!

Pictures as promised, only annoyance is the blue lights on the motherboard! - Can these be disabled or less bright?!

Or "tint" the side clear plastic panel with a darker semi clear sticker?
Will have a look into this week, as I want the white LEDs (when bought) to make the red shine rather than the blue over powering the fluid colour. Although the Blue leds match a nice COG and Locust theme to be honest!
