Project: Renati Niveus

Build is complete, overclock is done, mate coming round tomorrow to take the final pictures of phase 2 (since phase 1 got skipped :p)

Looking good mate ;)

Put the picture's in the spoiler nothing worse wanting to read through a project log and seeing the finished piece previously...

Dude, that is looking awesome. Your attention to details is second to none. Need a bigger side window though ;)

Love the blue LED's there. Did you use the NZXT strips?

Thanks :D

I'm personally happy with the side window as it is. :)

And yes, I have a single 2M NZXT white LED kit as Hyb's said.

Oh, I forgot to mention that sadly, the 320GB Seagate OSX drive is no longer with us. :(

So I suppose I ought look for another one really. :p

Nearly killed this the other day. I changed the fans in the top without turning the system off as it was busy downloading something and I needed to send off the top fans.

I took all 8 screws out, and while I was looking for the other fans I suddenly remembered that the only thing holding the radiator to the roof of the case was 8 slightly warm rubber washers. You should have seen my face! :p

Luckily it stayed stuck there.

The high's and the low's of working on your own equipment, we have all been there mate :D

System has had a few changes made since my last update, I will get pictures at some point in the near future:

Akasa Venom Vipers in the place of the Zaward Golfs
GTX670 DCU2 TOP in the place of the GTX660 TF3
Essence STX in the place of the Xonar DS

As well as a slight tidy up, another braided cable to go with the GPU, a re-shuffle of card locations & slots, fans have been flipped over to change the airflow and ive stuck a couple of filters up top. :)

It does also have a healthy blanket of dust in places too. :p

Contemplating fitting the custom loop soon, but I may wait until my Skylake build. (A long time away I know) we shall see.

Some of the pictures throughout the thread are now broken, but I have fixed the images in the first few posts. :)
