Could try this small change to your layout. Cuts out 2 x 90 degrees and will make drainage easier.

So this is the new layout the criss cross is going to be a double helix, a seperate res and pump for the 2nd loop in the same position

Are you bending the double helix piping from scratch i.e. a straight length of tubing ?

Yeah gonna bend it from scratch do one whole length cut it in half and screw it together if that makes sense?

I have not seen it done by anyone and think it would look great aiming to have each fluid going the opposite direction also.

Well Had a long go at this and being my first time managed to get it all done apart from a bit of a clean up.

Have to get some cable combs to tidy it up a bit more, these unruly cables

Last one is the worst one but easily fixable
