Hi,

I have decided to go for my first watercooling rig, just ordered my new Lian-Li G70 case in black and i am awaiting on the water cooling parts, here is a list of what i have ordered:

Thermochill PA120.3 RAD
3 x 120mm Papast fans
Laing D5 Ultra clear top 12v pump
10ft Tygon tubing
Apogee GTX cpu block
Danger Den GPU 8800 block
Repack Resorvoir

Going to cut three 120mm holes in the top of my Lian-Li as blow holes for the RAD, thought i would post it on here with pics as i go along, just incase anyone else was wondering about water cooling a G70.

Great,

Well i should have the case by friday but i have to work the weekend :( so i would say i will be making a start on monday or tuesday :)

I had a V2000 Plus in black but sold it to a friend form what i have read and from what i have seen i think i would prefer the G70 but thats just my opinion :)

I'm probably going to get one of these cases too, is it hard to make the holes in the top for the radiator vent? Looking at doing something similar!

Hi,

No it is not difficult to cut blow holes in the top, i am going to drill a pilot hole then use a jigsaw to cut two 120mm holes for the radiator fans. Providing your good with a jigsaw :)

Then just use a file to smoothen the edges and mount the rad :)
