Hey all, in the past two weeks i have recently started going to the gym, as well, im 6ft1 and have a weight of 10.5stone, so very skinny and im wanting to bulk up.
I know all about eating the correct amount of meals aday etc, however with the nature of my job, i can only have three meals aday and this just is not enough when im trying to gain weight, a friend of mine said he has been using this for a while:

And it has helped him a lot, hes put the weight on he wanted and its definatly helped him, i wondered what you guys thought of this, anybody used it?

It is a bit pricey in the UK but expect to pay around 24pounds or so delivered. I tried going with the myprotein as many have suggested but thought a) it was not at all that cheap, and b) it was fairly meh!

I'll happily sacrifice convenience for having control over my intake and ingredients.
