Prolimatech Megahalems or Zalman CNPS10X Extreme cooler?

wicked thanks so much for that, but how to you actually control the fan speed? do you do it from the bios? as far as i no my 64 pro runs at full speed plugged in the board about 2300rpm have no idea how to change it lol cant even hear it so i guess full speed is fine :)
 
been doing a lot of thinking and i think that the mega is not gonna fit on my board right i dont want to turn it round so its blowing out the top exhast as i feel that defeats the object of the fans on the front blowing cool air direct into the cpu fan, i have been looking at this from thermal light looks the same but no where near as big and this also has 6 heat pipes, would it be fair to say that this is on par with the mega?
