Proper Noob Firefox Question.

Don't know what i've pressed but how to do i get the top options bar back on firefox, at the moment it looks like this lol.

if u right click somewhere along the top e.g at the end of the URL bar (between the green arrow and the google bar) - then enable navagation toolbar. That should fix it.

No, it's not the navigation bar he's missing. The nav toolbar is the one with the forward and back arrows. I've been sitting here trying to hide the file toolbar and I can't seem to do it.

This is a long shot but perhaps you could install the Tiny Menu extension. That's intended to reduce the file, edit, etc menus into one menu called Menu. You can then rearrange your nav toolbar for more space. In this case installing it might summon the menu back in the first place.
