prostitution and porn

Ive just been watching a porn thing about the life of an asian girl and a porn director said something on the lines of the following that got me thinking -

"Why is it illegal to pay for sex but can put a camera in front of it and pretend to pay someone $50 then its legal"

So, next time you get a prostitute just get your camera phones out if the police arrive, sorted!

Good point mate, I've never looked at it like that before, it's the same thing.

I'm in favour of legalising prostitution like Germany has.

If it was legal everything would be a lot less underhand, there wouldn't be gangs and pimps, the women could operate a legitimate business and hopefully the British public would stop looking down at people for using them, so they would make more money due to a more relaxed attitude in society so more punters.

It's Illegal to Advertise the service? I thought that was the whole point...
