So you endorse killing people who run away. What a guy !
I endorse the killing of violent criminals attempting to evade justice, correct.
Two kids get into a fight. They are both 12 years old. One beats the crap out of the other. He's broken the law ( criminal ) and has been violent. Should he be shot and killed by police if he tries to evade capture ?
Hilarious how people can actually defend the cop. Hope he gets sent down for a long time.
Of course, two to the back of the head, job done *dusts hands*
Also think of the savings, 2 x 9mm or the hassle and expense of a trial, imprisonment etc....why bother?

An unfit 50 year old man, unarmed, with one previous charge over 25 years ago, exhibiting no violent behavior, bumbling away at walking pace due to fear of imprisonment for debt should not be shot 8 times in the back at centre mass.
Why did he get into a scuffle with the police officer in the first place? You're meant to obey police. Had he done so, he'd probably be alive today.

If they attacked the police officer, yes.
Or maybe not.

Again, why not just shoot him once in the leg and end the situation?
Most of the high-profile cases in the US over the last few years have involved people resisting arrest. You'd be a fool to resist arrest in the US given that fact.

I think American police training propaganda states, don't aim, just fire many bullets and some will hopefully hit somewhere.
