Protein drink that can be mixed with water.

had a feelin of dejavu, just read the same topic at tsr, anyway, if u want a nice drink, drink some coke or something, you wont get a nice-tasting protein shake,

best ive tried so far is on(Optimum nutrition) whey double choc flavour. Do yourself a favour, and jst use milk, not that much of a disdvantage...

actually it is. milk takes a lot longer (like hours longer) to digest. at night, pre bed this isnt a bad thing as you want things to release over a longer period, however pre and post workout you want it to be absorbed as soon as possible, so take it with water :]

you obviously haven't tried cytosport muscle milk! that stuff is gorgeous!

I had some myprotein unflavoured with some dextrose today, mixed with water. It was fairly brutal, but thats because i put too much water in it. Not to worry!
