Ok, so diet and workout is going fairly well, but am trying to get more protein into my diet....
For the next few weeks though I need something that I can eat high in protein that is fairly easy to eat on the go, as I just want a mid morning snack or something.
For the past week I've been trying peanuts, but I think I need a bit more variation than peanuts constantly... and the other option was Mattesons roast flavoured fridge raiders....
There's got to be something better out there xD
Trying to stay away from supplements etc... and as I'm at work I can't really cook anything, which ruled out eggs :S
