Provisioning Failed

Ordered my new upgrade (SE W810i) from O2 yesterday and I just checked the order on their website and it says provisioning failed

Anybody know what it means? Presuming it's out of stock - I just called them though and the guy didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about and said it wasn't out of stock :confused:

Did you have to pay any money for it? Might have had a random card auth request from the bank?
Other than that, most likely out of stock and you just got a chump on the phone

Nah the upgrade was free..must just be out of stock then
