So ps Spartacus will be a combination of psplus and psnow and apparently has begun rolling out to some areas. There will be 3 tiers and the top tier will include classic games from ps1,2 and 3 eras. Sounds promising.

Has anyone here got access?

Any info will be great.

Where are you seeing anyone has access to anything? If it's Twitter then it's probably nonsense.

On console PS3 games are never happening they will always be streamed.
 
Sorry my mistake. It seems that some users are reporting that both PlayStation subscriptions have already been merged. So they have paid for psplus but can access psnow stuff.

"Reports from several NeoGaf users have claimed those who take out a new PlayStation Plus subscription, or who renew an existing subscription, are getting a free PlayStation Now subscription for the same duration. For example, those who take out a 12 month PS Plus subscription are also receiving a 12 month PS Now subscription for no extra cost."
 
There's absolutely no chance any normal end users have access yet. If it's available in any form at the moment it'll be under strict NDA.
 
Sounds like we will be getting a reveal sometime this week.

If Die hard trilogy and tomb raiders are in the list of classic games. I’m in ;)
 
I think people are going to massively disappointed when Sony reveals that the back compatibility is not getting expanded and all this is nothing but a rebranding and restructuring of PS Now.

Since they haven’t said anything about any of it I think we should wait before any talk of disappointment. Just another day if oh it’s definitely this week until it is actually this week. Thanks Bloomberg I could’ve speculated that myself. Not exactly cutting edge journalism is it.
 
New psplus top tier is £13.49 with 700+ classic games from ps1,2,3 and psp generations. Release by the end of June.

As stated above the PS3 titles will be there but via streaming.

Personally I’m looking forward to this.

Ah good point, I didn't spot that they were streaming PSP games too, I thought you meant games on the Vita itself. I assume then it's because the PSP controls can be easily emulated on a controller whereas perhaps the Vita can't, given it had some additional input options I think.

Where are you even getting Sony has any inclination to do that, Jim Ryan has shown zero interest in backwards compatibility beyond what they have now.
