PS1 rpgs

Can anyone recommend some PS1 rpgs but not Final Fantasy or turn based ones, more kinda button mashing ones, only one that springs to mind is Diablo, was there anything similar to this ?

they really should have made a sequel or prequel to that game. ffxii seems to borrow some of its qualities in a way and im guessing thats the most we will ever see of it now
