VGA box or TV in on your graphics card. Don't know about VGA boxes but using TV-in looks pretty crappy.

cheapest way is by getting a tv card and plugging it in through component. It wont look great but will work. Be pretty much the same as plugging it into a hd tv.

This might not be true with all TV cards but I did something like this with my WinTV PVR 150 and there was a second or 2 delay.

there are VGA boxes available on the web. I had one a few years back connected up to my CRT monitor, it worked quite well.

I have an ultra cheapo one in my pc and it doesnt have a delay. I tried the wii through it once and it was fine.
