PS3 Controller Typo - Shopped?

It certainly looks like Sony have badly dropped the ball by not having rumble in their pads - and as for the tilt technology, who really gives a toss about that? I don't and nor I expect will most PS3 buyers. Rumble on the other hand should be a given. It works superbly, for example, in the Gran Turismo games like when you drive over a rumble strip on the racetrack - it gives you very realistic feedback (for a pad). That for me is the biggest **** up and omission from the PS3. Maybe there is still time for Sony to come to their senses and include it, but it doesn't look like they will.

I really don't know much about the differences in the PS2 controller vs the PS3 controller, but couldn't someone release an 'adaptor' so that you can use your old controllers on the PS3?

They probably could, but then you wouldn't be able to control any games that use the tilt feaures (i refuse to call it a motion sensor :)). Also with no games sending rumble signals to the controller that wouldn't work either.

You really think they'll make it HD only? Where have you got that idea from? They'll lose out on millions of sales if it were HD only, as I'd guess the majority of buyers out there, such as the kids and their bedroom etc, will only have SDTVs.
